Chair Yoga




A chair Yoga practice uses the support of a chair for both seated postures as well as balance for standing poses. 

All of the same benefits of a regular Yoga practice applies to a chair practice; including stress-relief, better breathing, improved strength, flexibility, and balance. It can help to reduce blood pressure, help to ease anxiety and depression, and it's fun. It has been proven as a wonderful practice for recovering from surgery, finding relief from arthritis, and just feels fantastic as it aids in greater mind/body/spirit awareness.

This is a practice for everyone and like all yoga practices, can contribute to a refreshing new outlook on life and wellness. Add this to your lifestyle for greater overall health, and you will be glad you did!
